LETTER FROM YOUR PROPERTY MANAGER

My name is Julie Solis and I have been the property manager for Signal Ridge since February 2001. Signal Ridge has become my second home. My youngest son was only two when I started and now my kiddos are grown (18,21,24).

 We have had a busy few months. The weather has slowed us down a little while working on repairs to the buildings. We are currently working on building 23,24,19 and 13. We are also making emergency repairs as needed.

The board has approved to re-stripe all fine lanes and make necessary street repair.

  • Trash days- Tuesday and Friday (Please put trash out after dark the night before pick up)All bags should be tightly closed.
  • NO LOOSE ARTICLES Recycle on Fridays only! Remember to pick up your container.
  • Clean up after your pet-all pets must be on a leash while on property
  • Patio/Balcony must be free of trash-nothing can be stored except approved patio furniture and one trash container with lid

  • Please make sure you have a secura key or remote to access the property
  • A $50.00 late fee is applied to all dues paid after the 10th of each month
  • No Charcol Grills- You can not store lighter fluid or charcoal on patios.

   Good job. Manager good job on communication and keeping up with new paper work.

  • Communication with owners and maintenance staff - (SC) crew is doing good, getting a lot of work completed. Good communication with residents.
  • Every two weeks - crew will do a sprinkler check- by doing a manual test run (CT, SC)

                                                                           Rules and Regulations Updates

1.Home owners will no longer be charged for use of the clubhouse. Non-owners will be asked to pay a $50.00 rental fee. Both owners and non-owners will be responsible for damages during use.

2.Home owners (only) are permitted to do outside planting. All planting must flow with original landscaping. No large trees or shrubs maybe planted without prior board approval. Non-home owners must have written permission from the unit owner. No planting shall infringe on another owner. If at any time the board see the planting not taken care of, the owner will receive one notice to clean area. If area is not cleaned, the association will remove the planting at the owners expense...

   Property Updates

June 2018

 We are continuing to work on fascia boards and replacing wood all over property. Building 5, 23,19 are the buildings that we are concentrating on. Once we complete a repair you will receive a survey to complete about the job. The surveys will help us pay attention to details and we  want you as our home owners/residents to  know we are listening.
